Dear Members,

Can you please ensure that all gates are locked in an identical way as you have unlocked them. We share access to the reserve with the Foxton horse riding club. Failing to do so locks the other users out of the reserve. (Both locks are to be interlocked so both the LPC and the HDC reserve keys will unlock the chain to the 2nd gate)
Unfortunately, this didn’t happen one day last week and resulted in last Saturday one of our committee members needing to go to the reserve to provide access for the other club.
This has happened once before in 2022 and resulted in our chain being forcefully removed from the second gate.

Please be alert the locking is done correctly so we are considerate to other reserve users.
